GM Gamoo Psychometrists (GMPS)
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of assessment, counselling, consulting, and related services by GM Gamoo Psychometrists (GMPS). By booking or making payment for any service, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
All services provided by GM Gamoo Psychometrists require full payment in advance before the assessment, consultation, or service can be confirmed.
Payment secures the booking and allows preparation of assessment materials, reports, and administrative processes required for the service.
Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced consultation time to avoid delays affecting other scheduled clients.
If a client arrives significantly late, GMPS reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the payment for that appointment will be forfeited.
Missed appointments include:
The forfeited payment will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
Clients who need to reschedule their appointment must provide advance notice.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible based on availability.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the appointment being treated as a missed appointment, resulting in forfeiture of payment.
Psychometric assessments provided by GMPS are administered using professionally recognised and scientifically validated instruments.
Results and reports are based on the information provided by the client and the client’s responses during the assessment process.
Assessment outcomes should be interpreted within the appropriate professional context and may form part of a broader decision-making process.
All personal information and assessment results are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional ethical standards.
Information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
Assessment reports are intended for the specific purpose for which they were conducted, such as career guidance, recruitment, development, or psycho-educational evaluation.
Reports may not be reproduced, altered, or distributed without permission from GMPS.
GM Gamoo Psychometrists will not be held responsible for decisions made by individuals or organisations based solely on assessment outcomes.
Assessment results should be considered as one component of a broader decision-making process.
By making payment for services provided by GM Gamoo Psychometrists, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
